Why You Should Always Verify Your Email List Before Sending

Email lists rot fast - people change jobs, abandon addresses, or simply mistype their email when signing up. Sending to a list full of dead or invalid addresses does more damage than most people realize: high bounce rates tell inbox providers your emails might be spam, which can hurt deliverability for your entire domain, not just that one campaign.

Our Email Validator checks two things for every address you paste in: whether the email is correctly formatted, and whether its domain actually has a working mail server behind it (an MX record). An address can look perfectly fine and still fail this second check if the domain can't receive mail at all.

Invalid addresses are clearly flagged, and you can uncheck them with one click before downloading a clean list - so the only addresses you ever send to are ones that can actually receive your email.
